Single Family Home Remodel

This plan shows the remodel of an expansive single-family home on one level. It has been made to be more suitable for the modern family living in the home.

 

Note the U-shaped kitchen with bar seating semi-open to the family room. Here I have opened up the space for maximum flow between the common living spaces.

 

Bedrooms have been made highly space efficient with ample access to bathrooms and common spaces. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard as does the living room.
